An admin needs to finish Install in Slack from the john.ceo dashboard while signed in. Each Slack workspace links to one John CEO account.
Open your dashboard and run Install in Slack again. This refreshes permissions after we add new features. Your chat history and persona stay on your private workspace.
Anyone in your Slack workspace can message @John. Teammates in the same thread share one conversation. App connections are managed by whoever installed John from the dashboard.
In your john.ceo dashboard, open Connections and choose Disconnect Slack. To remove the app entirely, uninstall John from your Slack workspace settings. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data on disconnect.
Your company's context and conversation history live in a private workspace dedicated to your account - never mixed with other customers. Message routing happens on our side, but we do not keep long-term chat transcripts from Slack. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
